(1,586 posts)Time and time again we see these people in power get away with everything. I just frankly hold very little hope that there will be any consequences for his behavior. Been down this road before. Fitzmas anyone?

Since that has nothing to do with him being POTUS but rather his private business enterprises, then his having been POTUS *shouldn't* come into play, it would seem - but that isn't to say it won't and I have no idea how this crap works (not very well it seems).

But, that all depends what charges might be. If they find dead bodies or similar, that could change.
I do agree it SHOULDNT matter.
