And they should make these people, and audit companies liable for the costs of getting new ones. Also by bypassing protocols, could criminal charges follow? In other words a way to make them stop what they're doing , and stopping these illegitimate audits, or face consequences when they ignore the rules.

Damaged by these audits, but that would be up to the local and state authorities to determine an outcome. Failing that a group with standing in the issue would have to file the suit for damages.

Is your photo of President Truman? Met him once, and saw him walking often, and always waved back. Nice guy, and also met his driven Big Mike, my Dad knew him.

Never met him, but visited the library a few times and hoping to go back after it reopens.

As for anything backfiring on Republicans, I have my doubts. Nothing seems to bother them or their voters.

6. Could DOJ file criminal charges for ignoring protocols?

With intent to undermine election results , and conspiring by the Republican Party. Yes , I've been to the Library, and after Harry and Bess passed they made their home available to go through so went there. Big Mike took a lady to the local grocery store, I think helped the Truman's with housework and shopping, so we'd see her, and big Mike would wait is an area for people to sit, and my Dad and him would talk. They played football at the same time , not sure if together, or against each other, and was at a grocery store in Independence.
Back to the subject, surely there is a way to go after all involved for trying to corrupt election results, both with civil suits, and criminal charges to prevent this from becoming a pattern to disrupt the election process. Do they have any Democrat observers? If Democrats don't do everything in their powers now, it will only escalate, and get much worse. Taking money out of the peoples pockets to pay for their tactics i think will make them think twice about them election time.

No matter how incompetent cyber ninjas are, remember that what they are doing is at the behest of the true villains in this, the AZ Senate drumpf party.

Holding them responsible for what the Senate authorized them to do is essentially impossible. The drumpf party senators that gave them the contract should be sued for betraying Arizona.

Let's not forget a freaking judge gave his blessing to what is going on. Federal election laws are being broken in Arizona and so far our DOJ has merely sent them a stern letter. Rachel talked about Democrats finally getting someone to head the civil rights division of the DOJ, sorry I forget her name. Rachel was opining that she hoped it was possible for the civil rights division of DOJ to go after the Arizona law breakers. Someone needs to go after them, I have been screaming for weeks now, where is our DOJ?

I don't know how to say this to get more attention, but the Federalist Society is writing election laws for the states controlled by the GQP. I live in one of those states that voted for president Biden, Pennsylvania. If Pa. does what other GQP states have done, put GQP legislators in charge of running elections I may as well not even vote. If we don't have a nonpartisan group of people running our elections, what good are they? Let me put it this way, if partisan GQP was in charge of elections in 2020, MF45 would have won.

however, that makes me all the more upset why our DOJ has not stepped in? Federal election laws are being violated, the Arizona SOS said so.
