“Former Sen. Claire McCaskill is under consideration for a plum ambassadorship in western Europe — another sign President Biden will tap party allies over big dollar donors when he starts to name his political ambassadors as soon as next week,” Axios reports.

but we will all miss seeing those great looking cakes in the background of her kitchen on msnbc.

I love seeing every room she has shown us so far. She deserves the ambassadorship, but I will greatly miss her voice of sanity on MSNBC if this does happen.

From what I can see, she's a talking head on a cable news channel.

I suppose that if you think all ambassadors should be career diplomats, it wouldn't be worth appointing her. But she's a proper experienced politician. I think a real job would suit her.
