A man sucker-punched an elderly woman carting groceries down a Queens street, breaking her nose and eye socket in a caught-on-video attack, police said.

The woman, 75, was walking along 57th Ave. near 97th Place in Corona at about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday when the attacker, who was headed in the opposite direction, hit her in the face with a quick sideways punch.


She collapsed to the ground, and her attacker walked away as if nothing happened.

shit happens, and you DO just keep walking because you can't process that you just saw what you just saw. Then you stop and go back and deal with it.

17. What is it with men going after women, especially elderly women lately?

There is like an epidemic and many of them seem to be Asian. I don't believe in committing random violence toward anybody, but are they such cowards that they have to pick out the weakest victim they can find? You don't see any of them going after young Asian men?

Not that I think they should be striking out at any Asians, or any other group at all, but FFS, little old ladies? That is just so evil and weak!
