I have a straw fedora for Florida summers and a wool one for deer hunting. You can get a thin plastic cover in hunters orange to make it legal. When temps are in the upper 40’s or 50’s it’s my go to hunting hat.

Tried Scala and while cheaper they did not hold up to Florida summers or thickets during deer season.

If you own a hat shop and Stetson won’t sell to you you are screwed.
