(10,489 posts)First time I saw him was in 1968 at the time that "Eyes Of A New York Woman" was released. He was a guest on a local teen show on WPIX in NYC called "Electric Village". The guest hosts that week were Mark Lindsay and Paul Revere, and I got to sit next to them during the show.

(10,489 posts)A few years ago, I went to NYC and attended several days of meetings at a company with offices on 42nd St, directly across the street from the Daily News building. WPIX had their studios there back in the day. I looked out the conference room window over the course of the meetings and fondly remembered that magical day.
