because the freepers seem to think just the opposite.

They rather their champion of lies be able to just spew talking points at the camera. They're afraid he'll eff up or get off message and trip over his lies.

TH's have always been Obama's strength but if they want to raise the expectations of this white horse prophet, fine with me.

The only way this favors him is if they packed the townhall with his supporters. President Obama does much better with this format.

The thing I find funny is that Reagan was actually not a good debater. He would have one or two good lines but I do believe he showed signs of Alzheimer disease during his second campaign. The same media claimed debates didn't matter as much as we thought.

Romney is one of the few people I have ever seen that looks uncomfortable in their own skin...almost as though he was wearing it rather than it being natural...

And then there's Mr Cool aka The Prez...a person who has more charisma, charm and empathy in his little finger than Rmoney has money in secret bank accounts in the Cayman Islands and Switzerland combined...

Yeah..it favours Rmoney in the same way that my wearing expensive cologne favours my chances of bedding Salma Hayek..
