The stuff Adrian „did“ in the film never rose to anywhere near Flynn‘s calling for a Franco-style fascist uprising to take over the country by force. 35. I heard 2 generals comment on Flynn on the

MSNBC shows tonight. One, just a short time ago, was Barry McCaffrey who didn't even talk about military courts, but said the DOJ would have a hard time ignoring what Flynn said. Another commentator on the same show said that Flynn has been trying to walk back the comments, but several people acknowledged that this doesn't fly because it's perfectly obvious what he did since it is on tape.

On the other show, the military person, a general, IIRC, said that Flynn's comments and behavior has been getting stranger and stranger. I can't recall the exact word he used, but that's an approximate. The implication was that Flynn's comments have been getting progressively stranger and stranger.

If military courts weren't mentioned, is it possible that because he's retired, military courts are not applicable?

Still, nice to celebrate Twitter being Flynn free for almost 5 months now.
