Tulsa is, as you say, is not the only one, just the most infamous one. There were many others where black wealth was destroy and no charges, no restitution. Nothing.

That means the taxpayers owe reparations. That means Black and Brown people would in effect be paying for their own reparations. How do you get around that? I don't know. Maybe exempt them from property/sales taxes?
