OREGON CITY, Ore. – The Clackamas County commissioner who proposed an ordinance comparing vaccine passports to “Jim Crow laws” has been stripped of his liaison duties for the county.
The resolution was drafted by Commissioner Mark Shull, who has previously been censured for making racist and xenophobic comments on social media.
