LATEST CAPITOL RIOT ARREST IN TAMPA BAY (thread)

52-yr-old Audrey Southard-Rumsey from Spring Hill rushed away from federal court in Tampa after her first appearance Wednesday afternoon. Most serious charge is assault of a federal police officer.

This is the section of the criminal complaint documenting her assault on a @CapitolPolice Sergeant with a flagpole. That Sgt. told the FBI he hit the back of his head on the base of a statue and "felt like he was being trampled during the ordeal."

The threat against the Speaker of the House is just one of the statements the FBI says Southard-Rumsey can be heard saying while inside the Capitol.
