I read there was an email dump, but damned if I can find any nefarious scheme(s) he was up to.
It's not as if he sent emails world wide advising people drink bleach.

that is pretty effing stupid

From the timing of these comments to me I think the "Fauci did it" theory got going full tilt about two weeks.

what the fuck is wrong? dem and progressive leaders have no clue what's kicking their ass over and over the last 30 years because they live in cities i guess, and now they get to say social media is the real problem, after blowing it year after year

For my part, I can't see Fauci throwing away decades of untarnished international acclaim simply to help Fuckhead Trump make himself look like an asshole.
But when you drink the Qool-Aid, no pro-Trump story is too ridiculous.

(42,770 posts)That the virus was airborne and deadly early on. And he didn't warn the public either Not a Fauci fan because of that, but this has made me stop and think... Maybe Fauci has always worked for a leader who did the right thing with the info he fed them. He wasn't used to being a leader of the public. So he didn't know what to do with a criminal leader?? ( I'm giving him a little slack)

I was heating my lunch with a [this idiot cant be serious ] [confused while cheezin expression on my face
] and said, oh wow, I must have amnesia, unless more emails have surfaced within the last 5 minutes
..
Im almost certain you can do a quick google search for Faucis previous press conferences, briefings, and interviews concerning Covid-19
or even refer to CDCs website
.
Oh! and heres a quick tip
refer to the time stamps of the emails and you should be able to get on in there and have this information in a jiffy.
Qrazed Qo-worker- it keeps getting better
Amazon and Barnes and Noble just pulled his book
They know something is fishy, too.
Me- Oh? Im assuming youre referring to Expect the Unexpected
the initial release date is shooting for November 2
I believe
But dont be bummed if you missed the pre-sale, because it was launched prematurely.. you should totally subscribe for future launch updates so you dont miss it..
Me-Enjoy your lunch

(10,998 posts)In fact, I have listened to her from her Air America days - I read her recent book on big oil .... but I was very disappointed tonight to hear her call a possible lab leak a conspiracy theory esp since the top US scientists wrote a letter (including Dr Barik) saying lab leak needs to be seriously looked at.

(38,265 posts)They don't really need a specific outrage to turn on the foam ducts. They remember Fauci being a bit of a thorn in Trump's side because he wouldn't parrot Trump's spin of the hour, and got lots of media attention for that.
Therefore, Fauci is readily identifiable as "one of the enemy." The fact that he stayed on under Biden "proves" it.
They're under no pressure to be consistent in their accusations or even implications. They haven't needed to do that since, oh, Vince Foster's suicide.
All they have to do is shout the buzzword du jour with force and righteous anger, and that's enough for them. And if the focus of the buzzwords doesn't go to jail, it's all the more "proof" that they need to dig in and fight harder. (Especially if they don't see it actually costing them anything.)
