A lawsuit that SUPPRESSED the vote resulted in Biden losing that state. And, had he won Texas it would have been an epic electoral blow out, and AZ, GA, PA, all don't matter.
So first, he just admitted Republican efforts to suppress the vote worked. That burns their "we're not trying to suppress the vote" BS to the ground
Second, we would probably not be hearing from the cult anymore, had an electoral massacre occurred.
His underhanded lawsuit continues to punish the country!
