(19,375 posts)1. I think Gaetz is a yes. Greenberg is currently due to be sentenced in August. It is everyone's
expectation (him, his lawyers, the feds, the judge) that he will have delivered useful/significant cooperation by that point, so that the judge can take it into consideration. Spilling his guts in front of a grand jury would count...

None of them will ever be charged.
I wish I believed that they might be for something, but if it happens, I'll be really shocked.

but we've all seen this show before and it always ends with the same tag line: "Well, crimes were committed, but meh, no reason to bring charges against rich white dudes."
