Why I trust AG Garlaands decisions not to rush into indicting people,

He has a past history in the courtroom, and with heading up a major investigation of getting it right. Would you trust anything handed off to you from trump and Barr? I wouldn't. They could have set him up with traps to claim what he's doing is corrupt. He has to have his people who he trusts will make sure of its success. We also don't know what all is involved and tied with other people, and other investigations, and these are the most critical , most important moments for our country in our life. Do I want indictments yesterday, absolutely, but not at the risk of it failing. It's too big to fail.

we don't know what the DOJ isn't doing?

Arizona - Title 52 - Voting and Elections - Subtitle I and II are being violated. Now that Kristen Clarke has been confirmed as head of the civil rights division of DOJ I expect her to act on the laws being broken in Arizona.

Should we wait until the Cyber Ninjas move into other states before we act?

It relates to a right to vote. No violation has occurred in Arizona. "Auditing" ballots already cast and accepted is in no way a violation, because they are no longer ballots; they are historic documents.

... for the press, and a bunch of quick plea deals to clear the deck.

I want airtight cases and convictions. We aren't about quick revenge, we're out to clean the mess up, the lock the criminals up and fix the holes they crawled in on. We got shat on for four years, give him a few more months to lock them up.

that is the excuse the right is using to not prosecute. It is about holding people accountable "who broke the law," no one, including past presidents should be above the law.

if done right includes a precise and evidentiary outcome. This takes time and many hours.

No bullshit fake reports done by shithole's army of assholes who are trying to cover up their asses regarding the insurrection of January 6, 2021 in which they were a part of and probably helped in the planning.

The attack on protestors in DC again is a cover up of shithole which will not fly.

Catering to the GQP to not be allowed to even use the word insurrection? No subpoenas issued? No effort to find out who funded the insurrection, who promoted it? No effort to find out if members of Congress provided blue prints of the Capitol or provided tours to the insurrectionists?

It's not political, Garland isn't going to indict people, he's going to support his prosecutors in their attempt to follow the evidence that may or may not lead to indictments. In America, the AG doesn't just decide who to indict themselves, it's actually done through fair and legal investigations and there is absolute impartiality.

We got so used to Trump's AGs firing prosecutors who were looking into crimes involving Trump allies, targeting political adversaries of Trump and his family, and generally being a part of the Trump campaign for re-election that we forgot that the DOJ is supposed to be absolutely apolitical.

do I want retribution?...absolutely!...but I want it done right...Garland was sworn in on March 11..he's only had three months to uncover 4 years of Trump corruption...there wasn't one department/agency Trump, Barr, and his vile sycophants didn't do their damndest to destroy and that most certainly includes the office of the Presidency.....when Garland takes aim at Trump he knows he can't afford miss...

Do you think the DOJ should investigate a Qanon private company being given access to sealed ballots, voting systems, and other election materials which are no longer in the custody of election officials? Once nothing is done in Arizona what will stop the Cyber Ninjas from moving to other states?
