Garland is speaking on voting rights tomorrow. Considering the legislative prospects for HR 1 and HR 4 it would be quite helpful to announce an aggressive litigation strategy and promise to monitor and prevent chicanery in 2022 election. Just saying.

I’ve seen speculation that Krysten M Clarke, now head of the civil rights division at the department of justice will be in charge. I’m sure they are closely following the current raft of ligations brought against these pooly written, illegal and unconstitutional laws.

We Dems...we are never without power or options!!
