A cbs/yougov poll listed on CNN, indicated that 56% believe employers have the right to require

vaccinations as a condition to return to work, while 44% believe that should not be allowed

This is what we are up against, and why COVID is sill a very real risk.

44% don’t care about putting others at risk

The percentage answer for 'doctor' would way higher than that for 'truck driver'

Good to have a baseline/general number though. And 56% is lower than I would've hoped for sure.

just that

Probably those aren’t physicians, but they do work at the hospitals, and they should know what COVID can do

"Settled" in the sense that the case is over, but not in the sense that there was a mutually agreed upon outcome. The people bringing the lawsuit lost.

Schools and businesses have the right to ban people from them who refuse vaccinations. Doesn't matter if those vaccines are for the Measles or Covid-19.
