Candy is a registered Republican. And while she doesn't get to ask the questions, she gets to pick AHEAD OF TIME which questions get asked and in what order.

It doesn't matter what question Crowley asks first. What matters is how Obama answers it. And since he has the last word on the first question, he has the advantage.
