Poll: 30 percent of GOP voters believe Trump will 'likely' be reinstated this yearThirty percent of Republican voters say they believe former President Trump will "likely" be reinstated to office this year, a new Hill-HarrisX poll finds.
The results are comparable to other polling from Politico-Morning Consult released this month that showed nearly three in 10 Americans believe Trump will be reinstated.
While a segment of the GOP has indicated support for the idea, the vast majority of voters across the political spectrum agree it's unlikely that Trump will return to office this year.
Seventy percent of Republican respondents in the Hill-HarrisX poll said such a scenario is unlikely, along with 74 percent of independents and 87 percent of Democrats.

(76,742 posts)Pew & Monmouth both are showing voters that self-identify as Rs, are 24% of the whole.
30% of 24% is 7.2%.
One in fourteen it 7.143%.
Does this have anything to do with being dumber than dirt? No.
Just provides some context.

(15,675 posts)Hank Kunneman, Kat Kerr, Robin Bullock, Kenneth Copeland, and many other "prophets" have convinced their flocks - in real life and on YouTube, that Trump is going to be reinstated. Some camps are saying July 4th, and others are saying it will happen in August. It's a really interesting radicalization - conservatives have been told for generations that they're Jesus' special snowflakes, and of course he agrees with them about every issue. So instead of being able to accept that an unpopular president who failed America lost re-election, it was stolen from Trump, from them, and most importantly FROM GOD by the forces of darkness which is, of course, everyone who disagrees with them which is why there was such a quick flip from Pence being one of them to calls for his death on January 6.
