All the gerrymandering in the world, won’t help if your constituents are dead. I don’t wish it on them but I don’t see how not vaccinating is a winning strategy.

That showed that republicans - and not democrats - are being talked into believing that elections aren't worth it/are inherently fraudulent (oopsies, republicans - your BS isn't believed by democrats), and we may see even lower than expected turnout from COVID deaths on the republican side.
