Reincarnation is a widely but not universally held idea. Admittedly, the acceptance of reincarnation as an existent orderly-ness in the universe (like gravity) is a currently non-verifiable belief. It is like the inner beings bring previous choices, preferences, patterns with them.

Now, onto politics. One sees in the photos of Goebbels and of Miller, and the photos of Mussolini and Trump that (in each) the same 'self' (the same conscious-being-identity) is behind the pictured eyes. Trump is non-different from Mussolini on the inner-self plane. Trump was Mussolini. Miller was Goebbels.

Mussolini may have been given a new karmic set-up wherein he was born in a flourishing country, born to sufficient wealth to not want, born into resources to share. In other words, given the opportunity to do atonement; the opportunity to choose decency over desire.

Trump [soul, self, identity, "I"] chose poorly. His ship is has run aground, sinking by the shoals, because desires, choices, actions, habits are hard to turn off course, even when it is obvious that re-direction is rational.

The one reborn as Trump could not change his chosen karmic-trajectory and instead lived a life seeking power, wealth, control, dominance and debauchery. His future is certain, and certainly not to be desired.
