He's an Air Force veteran who was working for Homeland Security.
He'll be here, next week so I'm anxious to ask him about this new gig. I'll also make it a point to ask how his work at 'Space Force' is going, just to watch his reaction. I predict they eye roll will be epic.

(27,838 posts)They're all smart, good people but he was always the goofball of the trio. I was shocked, but proud, when he enlisted in the Air Force. My sister asked me to represent her at his graduation from basic training. After the 2016 election he decided he didn't want to have trump* as Commander in Chief so he got hired by a government contractor and then on to Homeland Security. And now SpaceX. He continues to surprise, impress, and make me proud. I just wish his mother was still here. She'd be thrilled at how he is moving through life.

But I could not live in the Red Zone. Way too scary.
