"SNIP......

"Hard to believe that man wears a uniform. He's that unimpressive," Carlson sneered on Thursday. "He's not just a pig, he's stupid."

Several veterans' groups, including the non-partisan Veterans for Responsible Leadership, seized on the comments and called on USAA to cease its ad buys on Carlson's show.

"So, @USAA, is this who you advertise with?" the group's account tweeted. "Asking for 18 million friends."

.....

Longtime Fox critic and veteran Travis Akers, who previously led a charge to have military institutions boycott the network, also announced he would end his insurance policy unless the company ended its support for Carlson's show.

they serve (military in this context includes all uniformed services, not just armed services).

Are there any editors anymore?

6. I've been with USAA since 1963. 58 years.

I started when I joined the Air National Guard.
Initially it was on offered for military officers.
Later it was extended to non-coms and later to any member of the military.
Then to dependents.
My daughter has her auto and homeowners with USAA.

Their rates were reasonable and their customer service was great.
But now they are spending big bucks on advertising and I guess they don't much care where.

I sent them an email today about the commercials on Fox News.
We'll see what happens.

They got nothing else. They can't talk about tax cuts as most americans are just reminded that they don't pay their fair share. Military, authorities and FBI are fact based which goes against conspiracists. They got nothing but fictions and lies.
