Can the PA Supreme Court ruling on the rapist be appealed to the USSC?

On a related note, the statutes of limitation in many states need to be rethought to protect victims of crimes that far too often see rich* people walk free.

Disgusting in Cosby’s case. In other cases where a prosecutor might have lied or misled a defendant, maybe not.
