4. Just got me to chip in a few bucks to Shontel's campaign.

I've probably followed this particular primary more so than most primaries because I despise a certain candidate running against her, and this endorsement was the one that finally made me say, "sure, I can afford to chip in a few bucks to help her out."

I hope she does well, and I'm pretty sure she will. If she gets out the vote -- which, granted, can be hard to do in a primary like this -- I think she'll win handily. Hopefully she uses the cash to inform people when the primary is and get them in a position to vote in it.

Someone in an earlier post (I'm having trouble locating it) but it said that this was a "bland" endorsement that's only supposed to "entertain" the haters (or something) who need a blankie (or something). Please. GMAFB!

It's actually a VERY important endorsement. Almost an endorsement "by proxy" since Marcia Fudge can't make an endorsement herself. --- I'll take that. It's meaningful, even if Mother Fudge is soft spoken. It doesn't always have to be megaphones and fireworks to be meaningful and to carry weight.

I'm sure that Marcia Fudge feels the exact same way... although she's not in a position to make such a public showing of support for Shontel Brown, this "proxy" endorsement is about as good as we can get.
