the named defendants are Weisselberg and the Trump Corporation d/b/a the Trump Organization. TFG (supposedly) resigned from management of the Trump Organization but he's still the sole owner. A few corporate veils will have to be pierced - the Trump Org seems to be a collection of Russian matryoshka dolls - but if a corporation can be said to be a person, it's the Trump Org.

Every legal case I've seen with an unidentified person numbers them. If they don't know the identity, then it's john/jane doe and maybe a number if there is more than one, but if they know the name, they just give them a number and start at 1.

I don't think it in any way is reserved for tfg. But I'm not a lawyer and I'm not playing one here.
