With Respect To Ivanka's Company - Was Weisselberg Ivanka's CFO As Well?....

I got to think Weisselberg was pulling the same tricks at her company as well.

Then what about Jared's company. Who is his CFO? Again - I got to think if Weisselberg was doing this for the Tr**p Org - Tr**p or Weisselberg shared that little trick with Jared's CFO as well.

I think Vance needs to do a little more probing into both Ivanka and Jared's companies and see if they could be charged similarly.

Any Comments Here?

2. Sounds to me that Weisselberg and may a close associate are responsible for the entire scheme.

That means trump and the family will likely escape any serious consequences.

Weisselberg also sounds like a fool.

and nothing happened at the Trump Org without him directing it. The Trump Org was actually a tiny operation with only a few employees (Weisselberg, Calamari, the three Trump spawn and a few secretaries), with TFG at the head. The question now is only what prosecutors can prove.

8. Maybe. Seems to me, Weisselberg is likely the only one who knew what he was doing was tax

fraud. He's also a fool for thinking he could get away with it.

Seems to me, unless they can prove trump knew and approved this plan, the company avoided very little tax -- It's share of Medicare taxes on wages (since it is likely Weisselberg paid salary exceeded the FICA cap).

But if they can come up with a way to bankrupt the company and trump, and lock him up, I'll do a happy dance.

9. I'd be reasonably happy if the Trump Org went bankrupt (Ch 7, not 11)

and went out of business, leaving TFG dead broke, even if he doesn't end up in prison. His business is his whole identity, and without it he becomes what he dreads and hates the most - a washed-up old loser.

I think it would actually be worse for him than sitting around in prison. I hate to wish suffering on anyone but lets be real here, he has not given a flying F about anyone other than some of his family and himself since he was a little, spoiled and ruined child. It is time for him to participate in the life he has laid and desparaged on so many others.

Even if you owe them a dime, they come down hard. The Trump kids are looking at a heap of trouble and are each personally responsible for any fraud on their taxes. Not to mention being officers of this acclaimed criminal organization.

We have some friends that had their own construction company in NY. He moved to SC and they sent a tax person to
go over all his books to ensure he had paid his taxes before he moved. We’re not talking a big company, just
a family guy. Thank goodness he kept all the paper work for the last 10 years he lived in NY.

4. Maybe Ivanka. Jared's company is owned by his family -- the Kushners

I'm sure they have their very own Weisselberg.

Remember back in November 2019, Trump even admitted to using the crooked foundation for his business and political dealings, and was ordered to pay $2 million as restitution.

The entire business is run like a mafia crime family.
