T****'s Lawyer Is Right - Rich Scum Like T***p Cheat All The Time On Taxes And Never Get Jail

"They" are going after his asshole client because he is T***p with criminal charges.

I guess the fact that he brags about not paying taxes may matter too.

The lawyer is right.

Wealthy tax cheats get fined when rarely caught, and get to keep their yachts, and multiple mansions.

It would be nice if this Trump Org prosecution to a state prosecution-- if he would have evaded NY taxes too.

2. I am hoping David K Johnston is right with his assessment

Here is what he said:

"It is an affirmative defense if you're a bookkeeper or a clerk and you just do what you're told — unless you benefited from the fraud. and clearly the indictment says Allen Weisselberg was a primary beneficiary of the tax fraud, so he doesn't have that as a defense," he explained. "I think more broadly that by indicting the organization, it's a further indication are looking at bringing a New York state racketeering charge, an Article 460 case, which would have very significant ramifications, including the power to get a receiver to take control of the Trump Organization."

8. Obviously, his audits weren't worth the paper they were written on.

He bragged about being audited every year. We'll never know if he had to pay interest/penalties. My guess if very little if any.
