The state filed an “other acts” motion Thursday asking the court to admit evidence at Rittenhouse’s trial for shooting three men during protests in Kenosha last August. The shooting left two men dead and another seriously injured. Rittenhouse, 18, is charged with two counts of homicide and one of attempted homicide. He and his supporters have maintained that Rittenhouse was defending himself when he shot the men.

2. I'd punch that little killer just for looking stupid and wearing his hat backwards. But, you watch.

The defense will say that the little POS shot 3 white guys.

One pulled a gun on Rittenhouse.
Another came at him with a skateboard.
The first one, from the only video that I think is available, shows the victim chasing RHouse into a car lot. At the point of the first shooting, we lose video with the victim chasing RHouse. They'll claim self-defense.

The Proud Boys revelation makes me despise him more, if that is possible, but I bet he walks on everything but some relatively minor gun charge.
