He is Jimmy Carter 2.0

So I see that Ted Cruz said that about Biden…that line is so tired and old, every-time there is a Democratic President they use that dumb line….similar to every Democratic nominee for President always being the most liberal person to ever run for President

at the historical context it is easy to see a downhill slide since then. It really amazes me that white people of my generation (baby boomers) have embraced the economic and political ideology since then.

Anyone that doesn't have empathy for our children and grandchildren is not paying attention. The real issues that will affect our everyday lives in the future (climate change, racism, inequality) seem to be less important than the name calling and tribalism of today's political environment.

I guess the old adage is true - simply follow the money.

and feel the same way. I don't know how someone could have grown up during the same time period as us and wind up being a Trump fan. And yet I know some who did.

to be compared to a profoundly good man who truly lives his values.

Unlike Cancun Cruz and the nasty pustule he pretends to admire (Trump, I mean)
