One of the goals of Biden's administration is to try to eliminate ignorance, that is what will destroy this country.

If you remember, he never got more than 25% during the primaries. Rank and file R’s could not decide who was more despicable: Trump or Cruz. In their hindsight they wished that the RNC had a better control of the primaries with so many more acceptable (to them) candidates. But I think that by then the barn door was already open. The teabaggers poisoned the party and eliminated any desire to work within the establishment.

Even more so as an adult when I understood what was in there. Spy Magazine, which I used to call Mad Magazine for adults, used to skewer him on a regular basis. They referred to him as the "short fingered vulgarian". They did a prank once where they sent checks for less than a dollar to a bunch of well known wealthy people. He cashed his.

There several farmers in my class and they were not only pro-Trump, they were absolutely all in convinced he was some sort of super genius (Wiley Coyote type?). I kept my mouth shut until one person questioned me what I thought of Trump and my two word response was "he's insane!"

I knew he was a joke of a businessman when he managed to lose control through numerous bankruptcies of businesses that were a virtual license to print money. Prior to the orange maggot, only one other casino, that I can remember, had to file for bankruptcy. And that was a mob controlled casino. If you can't make a profit based on the the known odds of casino gaming, you are a f***ing idiot!

Every issue, every *panel* (as far as I know) as of the date of publication is collected in that set (not sure about updates since then, though). It's pretty incredible to read issues from the 60's (70's, 80's ... etc) that describe EXACTLY the problems ("situations&quot we face today.

I always marveled at how Mio Cid scammed Raquel y Vidas when reading el Canto in my Medieval Spanish class (requirement for my degree). If you have debts of $7 million and assets of $5 billion, that always meant, to my primitive way of thinking, that you were broke. In Trumpworld, if you have $5 billion in assets and $7 billion in debts, but plan to stiff your creditors for $3 billion of your debt, you‘re a billionaire.

It must take a special kind of mentality to get away with theft on that scale—owing so much that your creditors are more scared of you than you are of them.

he got into Bill the Cat after a falling anchor gravely injured Trump. Bill the Cat is kidnapped, and Trump’s brain is transplanted into Bill’s body.

Here's the backstory, but it's WELL worth finding the strips...they REALLY skewered the thin-skinned one.
