(10,156 posts)I'm guessing Sears is trying to further shoot themselves in the foot. Not enough freaks in America to pull your ass out of bankruptcy.

(6,019 posts)This shitty company would take an American-made, patented product and then have it reverse-engineered with the slightest possible changes to escape patent infringement, then have offshore suppliers built it and undercut the original manufacturer. They did this numerous times, and were sued for it.
Fuck that shitty company. Never another dime from me, guaranteed.

(3,578 posts)They shouldn't have put them up in the first place, but if you go to sears.com or kmart.com and search her name, the 2 shirts come up, but then if you click on them, it says "that page is no longer available."
A lot of the merchandise on sears.com is sold by 3rd party sellers--as these were--along the lines of 3rd party sellers on Amazon.
I bought some N95 masks through Sears a few months back and they came directly from the manufacturer.
Maybe Sears will learn a lesson from this and be more judicious about which 3rd party sellers they accept. They obviously got some well deserved backlash.

(13,776 posts)I've found all kinds of unexpected, non-Sears things show up on Sears.com--as if they tried to be like eBay but it never really got off the ground.

(3,282 posts)I wonder if this was something they realized was up there or if they have farmed out their apparel to outside vendors. I'm sure they aren't stockpiling clothes anymore with less than 100 stores still open.
I'd bet they have a vendor doing all the work and leasing them the use of the site with the SEARs brand.
