As an outsider (as opposed to your situation as a City resident), I like his plan on bringing back rational stop and frisk, without the past abuse. I dont want, like a situation that happened recently, to be visiting and get hit by a bullet wildly fired during some pathetic turf war. Anyone wearing a winter jacket on a 85 degree day either has serious medical issues, or is up to no good, IMO.
