The part you quote is far too lame.

It leaves open the notion that the accusation of voter fraud may have some legitimacy and that there may yet be some evidence that will emerge later.

At this point it's obvious that the accusation of voter fraud was completely made up -- I.e., the accusation is itself a fraud -- and that the search for evidence is at best an effort to find support for a fantasy on the part of the losers who refuse to accept that they lost a fair election.

Anything short of that description pushes the big lie as something worthy of consideration.
