I'm not a lawyer, but as I understand it, a class action lawsuit is one in which other people have been harmed in the SAME WAY that you've been harmed, and they JOIN your suit against the harming party.

So this is going to be interesting. How does Chump explain that other people were harmed when he alone was kicked off Twitter and Facebook?
