Bald, unsupported assertions are so much more persuasive than some boring old F Supp2d case.

The judge was not amused by this claim by a kraken attorney https://talkingpointsmemo.com/live-blog/michigan-judge-holds-sanctions-hearing-on-2020-election-conspiracy-mongers?entry=1380895

Stefanie Lambert Junttila, a “Kraken” attorney, argued earlier that there were so many First Amendment defenses for filing the complaint that it “would be insulting to all involved.”

Parker asked for the citation. “I won’t be insulted,” she said.

“These suits are critical to our country to show that every vote counts,” Junttila replied. “Everyone should be allowed to bring lawsuits to ensure election integrity.”

She went on, before asking Parker: “Does this answer the court’s question?”

“No,” the judge replied.
