Update: Observers reported yesterday that they are no longer allowed on the counting floor. As the Cyber Ninjas' partisan ballot review drags on, observers won't be able to see exactly what is happening to Maricopa voters' ballots.

Two fences and a large distance prevent SOS observers from accessing the floor as Cyber Ninjas continue to count ballots.
