Back when we first read about it.
About the best deal I could find was $3,600 per hour for that size jet.
We're talking 8 hours round trip flight time, landing fees, tarmac fees during the wait, pilot pay while on the ground, and the overnight charge, including pilot per diem & lodging.
At least 40 grand for 4 people, and that's with advanced booking. If they decided the day before, add about $3,000.
That's the best price I could find!
