We were indeed doing this too. We have Indigenous relatives murdered and buried at "schools". We have MMIW going on now too. It becomes clear that the only way to stop is to prosecute.

.

USA slaughtered the natives mainstay, the buffalo. The natives used the hides for their homes, the bones for tools, and the meat for food.

Buffalo hunters were given free reign to just kill them, leave the carcasses, and keep the hides for profit.

There are not many nations that are in any position to criticize others for their past

sorta sad, that . . . .

We are behind Canada in our truth-telling. Yeah, they did find other ways to kill Indigenous people. Destroying food source was just one.

As bad as it was, I am not aware of any credible evidence that those native children were deliberately murdered, at any of the "residential schools". Same for calling it a genocide (unless he is referring to the inappropriate term "cultural genocide" ). And throwing their bodies into furnaces and laughing about it? Where is the evidence for such a heinous accusation?? A monthly death quota?? Multinational corporations and "their death squads"??

Certainly Canada has much to answer for but the process is happening now and has been for some time. Inflammatory crap like that presented here doesn't help in the slightest.

Edit to add: Their hasn't been a single peep in the media that I am aware of about these claims. I would think if they had any credibility, the media would be all over it. Nothing at all I am aware of from at least the major native political organizations either.

We don't need Your permission to call it genocide.

I don't get paid to do free education of things you could google for yourself.

I would be more than willing to consider it. Otherwise, please don't bother.
