Some judge ruled that one of the insurrectionists had to stay in jail because Donald Trump was still inciting violence?
The Judge was fearful that he would still listen to Trump so he denied his release.

(16,844 posts)4. Some of the insurrectionists were using the excuse
that Trump had called for them to be there that day. In other words, their actions were brought on by Trump, so they shouldn't be held accountable. In those cases, it's appropriate for the judge to keep them in jail while Trump is free to incite further action.
