We've already seen some of the thugs out on bail, caught with pipe bombs.

that Trump had called for them to be there that day. In other words, their actions were brought on by Trump, so they shouldn't be held accountable. In those cases, it's appropriate for the judge to keep them in jail while Trump is free to incite further action.
