6. Did you know that the last Australian woman to win Wimbledon was

Evonne Goolagong in 1980. Evonne won her first Wimbledon Ladies' Singles fifty years and a week ago on July 3 1971. Timing is everything. Margaret Smith/Court won in 1963 and 1965.
