once he won governor, he looked around and saw no women. so he went to a womans org and said, hey, need some women. she gave him a binder full of women.

the reality is, a handful of bipartisan women saw neither campaigns had women so they gathered competent women that would work in various positions of the government. when romney won, they GAVE him the binder full of women for him to hire.
