Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC) told Politico hes pushing the White House to support a filibuster workaround that would allow Senate Democrats to pass a sweeping voting rights bill.
The idea is to create a carveout for legislation that applies to Constitutional rights, like voting.

Something Blacks and other POCs deal with quite often.
His solution to passing the voting rights bills has promise.
