15. As a government employee I take issue with calling a public employee's salary

and benefits and handout. I earn my salary and benefits by providing a service to the government, and while I don't like her service, I am not her constituent. They may or may not be satisfied with her service but it is they who get to make that decision. In the meantime, her salary is earned by her, not a handout.
