(45,442 posts)as unvaccinated people share the highly transmissible Delta variant. The next thing to look at is hospital utilization, which is rising in some red regions accordingly.

(11,949 posts)And we are above 50% vaccinated. Which means even with more than half our population protected, our rate is what it was months ago. The unvaccinated are really getting hammered! There rate of infection is twice what it was back when it was bad.
Because very, very few of the positives cases are vaccinated. Or at least the ones really sick. My neighbor works at the local hospital. She told me ever covid case they have is unvaccinated.
