They have no power of arrest in other states. If they are in DC, then DC would make the judgement whether or not to arrest and extradite based on the warrant.

I just don't see how arresting on camera is possibly going to do anything but elevate the cause and make Abbott look like the *sshole he is. You know the Democrats will be anticipating this (the arrest) and have a plan for talking points, etc. The media will be all over this giving the Democrats a platform for those talking points. And maybe, just maybe, the Senate Democrats grow a pair!
