It's a chain of command thing. Hillary is responsible as SOS, but so is Obama as CIC. reformist2 Oct 2012 #4

On Monday Hillary says its my fault.
And the next day at the debate President Obama says "She works for me" and Romney's jaw dropped to the floor and he didn't know what to say next.

Great moment in debate history.
And was a far more effective way to prove who was the real leader of the free world on the stage last night.

VP Biden set the trap in the debate with Ryan when he said we (the POTUS and I) did not receive the request and SOS Clinton baited the trap with some nice red meat for mittens. POTUS was the spring that snapped the trap shut on mittens' lying ass.

Masterfully executed.

Romney's expression was akin to Obama opening his birthday present before he could get to it.
