"SNIP.....

“William H. Regnery II, a reclusive heir to a Midwestern textile fortune who bankrolled some of the leading organizations and figures behind the rise of the alt-right and championed efforts to win adherents to a modernized notion of white supremacy, died on July 2,” the New York Times reports.

“Mr. Regnery rarely granted interviews or spoke in public, and he sought to work behind the scenes, through funding and organizing. He came to his far-right views late in life, at least publicly, saying he had grown disenchanted with the ‘ebullient optimism’ of the Republican Party in the early 1990s.”

Alfred S. Regnery (cousin)
William H. Regnery II (February 25, 1941 – July 2, 2021[1]) was an American white nationalist[2] political activist and donor, and an heir to a multi-million dollar fortune.[3] He was the founder of the National Policy Institute, a white nationalist/supremacist think tank that has been credited with expanding the alt-right.
William H. Regnery II was born on February 25, 1941[4] near Chicago and was raised in Hinsdale, Illinois. His father, William F. Regnery, worked for Joanna-Western Mills, the family textile concern. His mother, Elisabeth (Brittain) Regnery, was a homemaker.[5] His paternal grandfather, William H. Regnery, was a "textile magnate, banker, and philanthropist in Chicago."[4] His uncle, Henry, in 1947 founded Regnery Publishing,[6] which the Regnery family sold in 1993.[7]

Regnery enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied political science. He dropped out before graduation.[4] He was in charge of the family business "for only 15 months" around 1980,[5] but he was later sued by his family, who subsequently sold the business.[4]

In a 2017 article, BuzzFeed News said Regnery felt his ideas were redeemed by the candidacy of now former President Donald Trump.

“I think Trump was a legitimatizer,” Regnery told the publication. White nationalism “went from being conversation you could hold in a bathroom, to the front parlor.”
========================================
Regnery’s grandfather, William H. Regnery, was a founding member of the America First Committee, which sought to keep the United States out of World War II. His uncle Henry founded Regnery Publishing, which continues to publish books by a range of conservative voices, now as an imprint of the Salem Media Group and distributed by Simon & Schuster.

We need to allow no more than $10 million going to beneficiaries and we need more restrictive laws regarding gifts and trust.

Beneficiaries did not "earn" this money and therefore distributions should be limited to no more than $10,000,000 (or less). The remainder of the estate should be distributed to all past employees, local, state and the government based on some percentage.

Can you imagine how rich Walmart, Amazon, Facebook employees would (will be) ?

Regnery never married and never fathered any children, according to Wikipedia.

So he probably donated it all to evil Alt-Right organizations, and they'll distribute it deserving candidates I'm sure.
