tank. We already spent more than a year on unemployment. In my own family...three nieces/nephews won't get the vaccine...these are not rightwingers either. What are they thinking? All my kids, husband, and brothers/sisters have been vaccinated. Stay safe DUer's...sure did enjoy my time not wearing a mask everywhere, but that time is over IMHO.

Update I think I have food poisoning! I have been in and out and plan to spend the next few hours in bed!

That is simply the US standard for particle filtration, as KN95 is the Chinese standard, KF94 is Korean, FFP2 is European, DS2 is Japanese...

I have a few boxes of American 3M-brand American N95-ceerified masks...Made In China.

33. One Point Of Relief

It is extraordinarily unlikely the economy will tank.
The market is nothing, really. By noon central time the DJIA & S&P both recovered 75% of losses yesterday.
The inflationary pressures being bleated about are a function of lower unemployment & entire industries resuming normal function.
It's a temporary pressure as nothing is at equilibrium right now. The inflation "concerns" are overstated because the hawks got used to 1.2% and now 3.5% looks huge. It's not huge.
Yesterday's market reaction to COVID was much more a sell-off, ahead of a gradual decline, if any actually occurs. More profit taking than an actual problem.

40. I am fully vaccinated, but I placed a KN95 order yesterday.

My sister, her son, and her son's pregnant wife have all tested positive for COVID (not Delta variant). The son's toddler is also symptomatic. My sister's husband just today is exhibiting symptoms, so he will be tested soon. They all (except pregnant wife and toddler) have been fully vaccinated. Lots of opening there for being exposed, but my sister is feeling pretty bad, even having been fully vaccinated.

We're not out of the woods yet....
