to recall our Governor so I personally feel distracted (which is probably their plan anyway) to do what I can to contribute to the cause of ensuring Governor Newsom is safe....

But a lot will hinge on how many Californians decide to vote. Polls show that Republicans are enthusiastic about the recall, while Democrats are not very tuned in that it’s happening. Even though, overall, Democrats outnumber Republicans by 22 percentage points in California, Newsom could be damaged by strong turnout among GOP voters and weak turnout among Democrats.

People who listen to right wing hate radio have been hearing about recalling Newsom for months. No wonder they are enthusiastic. I just hope the Dems all vote!

... it's not worth accounting for those who can pay.

The schools here serve free lunches and breakfasts to anyone seventeen and under, five days a week, all year around.

They just have to show up.

Most of the children who qualify for free lunches have parents who are agricultural workers.

Agriculture is the primary industry in our California city.
